I have been using Webroot for 13 years. The software has never failed to keep my computers secure. This latest purchase for 5 computers was for one of my clients. As soon as I loaded the program on 2 computers, it found malware, etc. and helped me get rid of it. The client is very happy that this is being addressed. Thank you, Webroot Support for all you help.

Beware extra charge for "installation cd"

I like Webroot, but was not very happy with their hidden fees. I went online to get it for my daughter and in big bold letters they had a 1-device special for $19.99. I told her to go ahead and get it, but when the receipt came we were charged an extra $9.99 for an "installation cd". That's ridiculous as there is no cd involved--it's a simple download. Boo, Webroot, you're better than this.

Works well, Not a resource hog has very little to system impact. Gaming friendly. Lots of nice features. Mobil security works well. So if you need low system impact gaming friendly security suite look no further.

I renewed my subscription November 20, 2021. This device was not previously added. Now when I try and add it, even when I put in the proper keycode, I am sent to a billing page for a 'renewal subscription.

Hard to capmpare

I haven't had any problems with my Apple desk top computer. Not sure if it is Webroot or Apple's security that is providing the best security. It is hard to compare without doing a test with and without Webroot. In addition, without using other security software it is hard to compare.
I have switched from Apple's Safari to Firefox as a browser for quicker internet searches.
