I don't like the fact that I have to turn it on every time I open my computer I t takes so long before it i s connected. On top of everythiing Microsoft tells me it is an unsafe product

I like the product and the service overall is good; however, rather than renewing my product, I selected a different Webroot package. The automated renewal process continued to send me messages and pop-ups to renew even though I had installed a Webroot product. This is annoying and disrespectful of the customer. It should be a simple matter for the automated process to recognized when another Webroot product is installed.

Quietly Doing It's Job

I was looking for a web security that would run without bothering me every day. This is it! It's like a dedicated security guard who doesn't need to be told what to do. It just does it's job. The only thing is, I don't remember ever receiving the installation CD that I paid for.
