Works great! Only complaint is I think it could be more user friendly/informative. e.g. Include more in history as to what viruses/spam/etc were blocked or removed.

this is an amazing program. after setup all i have to do is relax, sit back and webroot anywhere keeps me protected. it there is an issue web root notifies me so that I can address the issue.

Disappointing experience with renewal subscription

Install for renewal didn't work and tech support didn't resolve the matter. Call/hold time to wait for customer care support was too long which ended up being transferred from a sales guy with a lousy tone and attitude, so I hung up and ended up filing a refund on the Webroot website. I had a subscription for the past 2 years and was satisfied but this time around was disappointing so I subscribed to a different security product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
