Webroot Needs Update On Website

Failed to identify 38 malwares etc.. and have lost my faith in this product. Their website is terrible, every time I attempt a login I am told password is wrong and have to go through a routine to reset. Their console of showing my items under protection is terrible.

I believe that webroot failed, let a virus in. But my pet peve is not being able to speak to a live Rep!!!

Thia is a review of the Webroot oompany and it absolutely aggravating and imppssibiiy to speak to a person about a billing or any other probem I wish I had never purchased or heard of his company at this point.

They took my credit card information years ago and auto-renew against my wishes. No way to remove it. Phone call IVR routes to a dead message telling me to go to this site where I can't cancel it. They're worse to cancel than Planet Fitness - stay away. Plus they don't do anything Windows Defender can't do.
