I'm a tad disappointed that I couldn't give a detailed answer to the question below: What type of customer are you? (grin) Okay. I actually cannot remember when I first purchased Webroot security. I'd wager it's been over five years, however. Love the product! I will not use any other. I get connected with Webroot and NEVER have to worry. Keep up the good work, folks!

response is quick, function is rapid, 'it' leaves no quess work on my part as to protection provided.

KILLED THE RANSOMWARE

I had a evil ransomware honking at me and pretending to be Microsoft telling me I had to pay to get rid of the problem, tried Norton, Avast, SUPERAntiSpyware, they couldn't even see the ransomware, they thought everything was fine. I bought Webroot, started it up, and BOOM, Webroot identified it as malicious, took it out by the "ROOT" and killed it. So Webroot not only does a GREAT job protecting my computer from viruses and ransomware, if you have one and buy Webroot, it can find it and kill it. GREAT TECHNOLOGY!
