Poor suction on hard floors

I’ve always heard great things about Shark products and even though I had a bad experience with one of the steam mops failing me, I decided to give the brand another try with a vacuum. I got a great deal, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that the suction on hard floors is awful. Even the low pile carpet in my entryway doesn’t get everything up, despite going over it several times. I initially thought it may have been the canister and was sent a replacement. No difference. I have done every troubleshooting to no avail. Super disappointed and don’t recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Motor broke down

I've had r this vacuum for a while, but after a few months the motor broke down, I couldn't find a replacement so I had to throw it away

Great vacuum

I've had this vacuum for 8 years and have never had a problem. If you clean the filters regularly it will clean your rug well. It's a very good vacuum if you have pets.

It’s okay

It does the job but it doesn’t do the best job! I’ve been looking for a new vacuum for awhile now and still can’t find one that works great! These are on the pricey side
