Great tablet, fantastic screen, still comes with bloatware

This replaced the original Nexus 7 (2012) and I am very happy with it. The quality of the screen is outstanding, speed is good, as is the battery life.
One point deducted for the pervasive and intrusive Samsung bloatware, especially with its intrusive updates (this unfortunately also goes for the Galaxy S6).

A great replacement

Had a Google nexus 7, Google pushed out 5.1.1, and bricked.... I needed a replacement asap. The Samsung Tab S 8.4 had good reviews, and was priced fairly. I took a chnce and purchased. I must say, I was very pleased withe the display colors, and speed of the unit. Performs much better than my Nexas!! A great tablet at the price..... it is so nice, I am looking to replace our other nexus tablets with the same thing. The 8.4 screen is a perfect balance in size.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, add memory chip
Cons: can't get rid of factory apps

Great diplay

This tab is very powerful and has a great display. The only thing I would change is the size. The 7 inch format is easier to handle. I use a Galaxy 6 phone and have been very happy with Samsung products.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, video streaming works well.
Cons: Too big

Awesome tablet!

I'm a convert, former iPad user, who switched over to the Tab S mainly because of the expandable memory. Now that I've worked in it for a few weeks I kick myself because it took me so long to switch. The usability and features are fantastic! Not to mention the screen clarity is amazing. I recently downloaded the Office suite onto the tablet, and the ability to make changes to PowerPoint presentations and type of documents has been a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this tablet to everyone! Simply fantastic.

My brother and sister put their money together to get me this tablet for my 45th Birthday.
I had my first chance to test it out overseas on a 10 day vacation. I was so happy with it. I was able to keep in touch with them using Whatsup. I was able to get around using my travel apps for directions and keeping up the exchange rates. I was able take vivid pictures for my travel diary and video as well. In my down time I was able to read my books and catch up on what was happening in world. I was amazed at battery life. And when I got back from my vacation I have learn so many other uses. Wow!!

This is a great tablet. Replaced my old Toshiba one and felt like I went from the 17th century to the 21st. Great features, very light weight, fast, outstanding display, too many pluses to mention. Highly recommend!

In all terms of a tab this is the best choice available. With greater RAM, and excellent display, comfortable size and good battery life it forms a complete solution.
Now I have two of them
