Love it!

Honestly, I'm surprised at how much I'm enjoying my new Note II. Of course, since it's my first Android part of it is due to the huge improvement in features over my previous smartphones. But the Note II itself is also a big part of it. Big, but not too big! I love the size and could never go back to a more "normal" phone. After seeing some of my friends' tablets I had a bad case of "tablet envy" but when the screen on my previous phone started to fail I decided to go with the Note II and - no more tablet envy!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mostly replaces everything for travelling

I bought a Note 2 so that I could be more productive with less. It so far has been able to replace my laptop, small digicam, pen/paper, and phone. So, in that regard it is excellent as I do not need all of the functionality I just need most of it. The USB OTG and MTP modes are good for directly connecting to my digicam to upload and then edit the pictures if I so need too. Also, the large display is really nice to watch videos on.
Two peeves though: the quality of the music out, either line-out or via headphones, is not what I was expecting for the price tag. I should not have to think up of alternatives like a USB based DAC to get better sound for ear-buds. Also, the Samsung vs Google apps for the same functions is somewhat annoying. I know its Android and Samsung can add whatever it wants but "they need to figure it out".

Great "Phablet"

Exactly what I wanted. Both a phone and a device large enough to read books, documents and magazines on. Everything works quickly, smoothly and have had no problems. I was an IPhone user before, so had high standards. This "phablet" is amazing in every way.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, great screen for reading web apps
Cons: would like a little more battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big Screen for the Big moments

First and foremost, I love that this phone has a huge screen which i best for media consumption. I don't have to be squinting to see things on it. Display is very crispy clear and the camera takes gorgeous pictures and can capture great HD videos.The S-Pen is a magical tool. With this tool you can do unbelievable things like trimming off photos, cut and paste made easy, real signature capturing and many more. This is not a phone and it is not a tablet, this is a true Phablet.

Refreshingly phenomenal

I bought this device as an adjunct to my iPhone 5 to use when my iphone battery was low.
However, I've gradually found myself wanting to be on my Note II browsing, taking pictures, checking email, etc 95% of the time.
This is an incredible phone that acts more like a tablet than a phone yet can function as both.
Only way to realize its amazing functoinality is to purchase one!

I love this phone. Its fast, has many great features, I especially like multitasking feature which comes in very handy when I watch movies on netflix and write emails at the same time.
