i love all of the features on this phone, and it is so easy to use as well as has great graphics. the sound is also very good on it. i am hard of hearing and i never have a problem hearing anything on this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

Like that it is bigger. Works well except when it occasionally overheats ... seems I have some program left running while I am on a phone call and it gets red hot to hold and will not respond to touchscreen. So I figured out to pull the battery for a few minutes then I am back in business again. Love to know why this occurs.

I love my Samsung Galaxy Note II

I like the features, the S Pen and the display size of the Samsung Galaxy Note II. It is great for being online and texting when I am lounging in the family room. Great Phone!

I was influenced because of the name Samsung I have 2 Samsung cell phones, 2 Samsung tablets and a Samsung refrigerator
