Love the durability and soldness of the express, but i had got cheated when i downgraded to it... now, i went back to the store and upgraded back to a samsung s4. Much happier, but sometimes my samsung s4 stalls or almost hangs for a second or two before it acts, then the delay caused , causes my pushing buttons to change, makes it jump to far to where I dont want to be. So, it can be a pain.. wanting the samsung s5, but everyone is telling me its the same as the samsung s4... they said its the same everything. not so sure i want the same everything.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For someone who has never had a "Smart" phone before! I like the simplify of design, and the ability to change the menus. I do not like that I am unable to take pics via the outside buttons, but that might be because i was so used to that function from previous non-smart phone. The longer I have had it, the more it slows down and needs to have its cache dumped...
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: memory slows usage down
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this phone for close to two years. After about 6 to 8 months I was ready to get rid of the phone and upgrade to a better phone. This phone has a lot of lag to it when trying to open apps or anything else for that matter. My wife will send me a picture through text and the phone will take close to 20 seconds just to open the photo to view.
I have to constantly restart my phone in order to get the phone to function half was decent. If the phone is updating any app, forget about trying to use it for anything because there will be just way to much lag in opening other apps or performing searches on the internet. I actually will not use this phone to do any type of search on the internet, as it take way to long to pull up the information I am looking for.
As a lower end phone the picture quality is not all that bad. I can watch Netflix or Hulu and the picture quality is actually pretty good.
The phone is only ok for checking email except for gmail. Gmail works well, but trying to check yahoo through the yahoo app is pure torture as it take forever to delete or view an email.
the keyboard was easy to type on I love the clear speaker sound

I would recommend this model to anyone who would want iPhone but bigger screen size if the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 did not come out I would still be using the Galaxy Express I end up giving it to my niece to replace her pay as you go phone
