Great fridge- service sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a refrigerator problem now for several months and for some reason, the company that Jenn Air keeps recommending cannot fix the problem. So why do they keep recommending them?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in October 2024. Very nice refrigerator. The refrigerator doors kind of slam shut, but that just maybe a leveling issue. Otherwise it is modern, lots of lighting and plenty of room in the refrigerator. The freezer is on the smaller side, but my garage refrigerator refrigerator/freezer makes up for the lack of space. The alarm for open door is kind of soft, it should be louder.

She is so quiet that I rarely hear the ice maker. Would buy this bad girl again!
