Stove itself is so far great. minor complaint is control panel fascia plate makes a great shelf but scratched the first day as we were cleansing the cabinet of ( and testing) our pot/pan collection for induction compatibility

Since obtaining the product a week ago we are finding it not responsive to simple cooking. The burners turn off by themselves. Therefore, many nights we have not been able to make dinner. We finally called for a service appointment. After spending a couple of hours online trying to register the range once it was installed we came to find out the registration did not take. So, while on the phone we finally registered the range, ordered our pans and asked for a service call. Needless to say, so far we are NOT happy with the product and if it isn't fixed to our satisfaction it will be returned for another product.
Cons: Unreliable Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that the induction cooktop heats up so quickly. I am able to heat up some au jus and have it boiling with the meat in it in the time I'm able to micro the roll for 30 seconds and slice the roll in half. This is awesome!! I've always been a gas cooktop fan, but my house doesn't have gas available in the kitchen and it needed a new range immediately. I'm still figuring out all the individual characteristics of the range, but I definitely love it so far. I've only been able to use it for a couple month, so am still learning. The oven is slow to heat up, but definitely cooks well once up to temperature. I love the idea of the steam cleaning option, but when trying to implement this, it didn't wipe up a easily as I would have thought. I will need to give it more elbow grease this next round of cleaning, so can give a better review on this item at that time.

Cons: Had to buy new pots and pans, Difficult To Clean, Heats slowly

The induction cook top is great. Fast heat, very controlled heat. Not nearly as apt to burn sauces. Oven is large very even heat and QUIET.
