We use this product for cooking all meals for a family of 6. We've only had it for two months, but so far we're very happy. I find it excellent for preparing oatmeal with steel-cut oats, which might sound pedantic, but it's very hard to keep this type of oatmeal from burning to the bottom of the pan during the 20 minutes or so when it is cooking. However heat level 1 on the burner works just right. It keeps the product cooking without sticking to the bottom of the pan. Other heat levels are just as precise. A lot of this has to do with the advantages of induction cooking. This stove replaced an earlier JENNAIR which we'd had since 1987 -- nearly 30 years.

I use my new induction range daily. I absolutely love the quick responsiveness of the stove top. I do wish there were more large cooking surfaces on the stove top. I cook for a large, hungry family and there is only 1 large pot cooking ring and I generally have multiple large pots going at once. Large top oven does takes about 15 mins to heat up, but it is a large area. The smaller lower oven heats up quicker and i am very surprised by the evenness of the cooking in the lower oven. I probably use both oven equal amount of time. This range has not disappointed me yet!

Cons: More large burner area on cooktop
