[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took 10 weeks for delivery, then another three weeks for installation, only to find that the oven back was bent and the keypad does not work, so we cannot use the oven. I immediately scheduled a service call. A week later the tech arrived to spend 5 minutes to confirm the keypad was not working. He said he would need to order a part then he left.
That was two weeks ago. We paid for the range four months ago, had it delivered six weeks ago, installed three weeks ago, and have *never* been able to use the oven.
I still hold out hope that this is a nice oven. Perhaps I will have the chance to use it someday.
Pros: Attractive Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really love the induction cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just been using this for a couple of months and have found the induction cooktop a worthwhile investment! I originally looked at some other models with knobs but have found the Jenn Aire system very user-friendly.

This range cooks quickly. Bakes evenly. And the top always looks clean. I am so happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this range installed last week and only used it a few times. I am having issues with the stove top "freezing" - can't operate any of the controls. It constantly beeps in this state. The only way to stop the beeping is to turn off at the breaker. I was cooking something in the oven at the same time so had to turn off breaker and reset everything again in the middle of the bake. Oven takes 15 - 20 mins to heat - be warned. This was not my first choice of range. I am still testing it out. Also its needs constant cleaning - one touch of the power button and you leave a finger print.
Cons: Unstable, Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic oven, great stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for 2 months. We love how the induction performs, adjusting and holding heat, heating/cooling quickly. The buttons are fine, intuitive. I was worried I would miss knobs for the stove but I mostly don’t. The buzzing noise when the stove is working took a bit of getting used to.
I *love* the oven and baking drawer- the oven bakes so evenly from top to bottom! I haven’t used the steam clean yet. As others have noted, it does take a long time to preheat, and the timer/on-off buttons can get mixed up and there’s no going back.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
