Got this and gave my S3 to my mom and all I can say is this is an amazing device! I am an old school techie so the large size is no problem because i am use to PDA phones. This phone is like a note 10.1 and S3 all in one. The screen is amazing and samsung makes amazing products. I own many samsung devices from phones to tvs and washers. Samsung also never forgets about their older devices. I have a friend with a S2 and he got all the new updates making it like an S3. Way to go samsung keep up the great work you are #1! I was a big "fruit" fan until i picked up one of your devices! touchwiz is by far the best version of android I have ever used!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: not one thing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Device with a Few Flaws

Perfect Device software wise that actually makes my tablet obsolete. Excellent battery life, great bright screen, and s-pen offers vary unique experience that no other android device out today current offers. The only two flaws that i have both involve the same item, on verizon. The home button, mainly that if it were my choice, there would be no home button at all, it would be on screen or touch only like the back button and the menu button. My offer complaint is the Verizon logo across the button, that just comes off as tacky and cheap and really takes away from the look of the device. This is the perfect phone even with the button if that tasteless display is removed. That said i would still recommend this device to anyone that needed a device for entertainment, long trips, the gym, the office, the bus, or at home. Cant wait until the Galaxy Note 3 comes out.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: poor design choice

A certain carrier with the best network in the US.
They completely crippled the multi window function. There are only 7 programs you are "allowed" to use and it does not contain gmail or gtalk. Other versions of the software let you add whatever programs you want to use with multi window which would make it a much more useful feature.
Also, they locked down the software making it much more difficult to tinker with compared with other carriers.
Pros: Bright display

It is large, with a nice screen and great performance. The operating system is user friendly. I like the ability to add an SD card. One of the best parts is the inclusion of the stylus. It comes in handy when I didn't even know I would use it. Great for notes, drawing, web navigating and use with gloves.
Pros: Bright display, 16x9 aspect ratio.

This is by far the best phone I've ever used. The size is awesome, you get used to it really fast and everything else seems sooooo small. Response is super fast between apps and no wait time for photos.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, fast
Cons: needs more internal storage

I absolutely love this phone, it is an amazing phone all around. It has so many great features and all of the specs are incredible. My favorite thing about owning a Galaxy Note 2 is that everyone asks about my phone and I tell them that it is the best phone and I highly recommend it. The battery life is another reason why I love my phone soo much.

Hands down one of the best,fastest,and powerful phone I've ever used .Upgraded from Galaxy nexus Verizon version night and day,signal holding strong, battery last longer then a day .Only problem Verizon striped down this phone, removed wifi toggle,only 7 apps left in multiview .still best phone ever.
Pros: Built-in speakers, battery
Cons: display not bright outside

Love this phone!

I've had the Note 2 with Verizon for over a month now and I love this phone. The screen looks great and it's super speedy. I haven't had any issues with lag. I've finally been taking advantage of the s-pen and can't believe how accurate it is and how much detail I can get when drawing.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: a bit hard to use one handed.
