Exceeds Expectations

I've been a long time HTC user. Coming from the HTC Inspire to this I can say that I am extremely impressed. HTC not only redesigned the phone to make it lighter, faster, and sharper then the One X but they really took the time to craft a phone that will blow everything else out of the water. I have been using this phone religiously for the past month and cant find a single flaw. The improved battery is noticeable for sure over the origninal One X and is a must. The phone is super fast on 4G and even better on WiFi. When shaping up to the competition there really is none. I will be an Andriod user for life. What's an Iphone?
Pros: screen, battery, durability, speed, ease of use
Cons: none

Fantastic Phone, hard pressed to find anything better today

First I will preface that I upgraded from a SE X10a which I got at the end of it's life-cycle 2 years ago so I am sure everything is an upgrade from that. While waiting patiently for my upgrade time to come my wife upgraded to the HTC One X in October. I fell in love with the style, but wasn't too keen on only 16gb of memory only and no microSD card slot. When the One X+ was announced I couldn't wait to see it and compare it to the LG Optimus G. I really liked the Optimus G but no aftermarket cases and ICS out of the box were turn-offs along with the slippery glass case. Since the One X+ and One X are physically identical there are hundreds of aftermarket accessories out there. The One X+ improved the the body over the One X, now it has a 'rubberized' feel to it. Although it has Jelly Bean (awesome I might add) the stock browser also has Flash capability which is a nice touch (to my knowledge the One X+ is the only stock Jelly Bean phone with Flash out of the box). Flash doesn't work on any other browser but not a problem. The phone also has an FM radio in it (was crippled in the One X) but it doesn't show up in the programs. You must put the FM radio widget on a panel then you can access it, works great. The camera and video capability is pretty much the same as the One X which means they are awesome. Night photos with HDR come out nice. Battery is fine, can stream 4 hours of SiriusXM and lose less then 10% of the battery. If you are a gamer expect less, but that is the case with most Android phones. The screen in my opinion is the best out there, HD videos, You Tube and Netflix look flawless. With the quad core processor the phone never stutters or locks up or anything else unpredictable. The Sense skin is generally fine although I can no longer use a ringer profile app, whatever Sound Set you are on is it but you can always make more of them. It is just more of a hassle to going through a menu instead of clicking on an icon to switch. I highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for the current cutting edge!.
Pros: screen, quad core power, syle, sound quality with beats audio, jelly bean out of the box, data speed even without lte (5mb with hdspa+)h
Cons: sense skin makes some aftermarket profile widgets

This phone is amazing. Went from my iPhone to this and couldn't be happier. The keyboard is very nice to text on. Super responsive, beautiful display, sleek and comfortable in my hand. Just a great device to get.

GREAT SMARTPHONE...

I'm an Andriod fan. I almost bought the Galaxy 3s but came across the new HTC One X+! WOW, what a great smartphone with 64 GIGS. The phone is sleek, solidly built and feels better and sturdier than the Galaxy 3s. It's got a super front and back camera and the battery last a long, long time. The music with headphones is amazing. The screen is bright and clear. The phone is lightening fast. It also provides a hotspot for my tablet. I'm so happy! Check it out for yourself before you buy a Samsung or Motorola.
Pros: thin, fast, long battery life, well built, beautiful screen, great sounds
Cons: none

Move over iphone.

I just recently got my iphone 5 and have been using iphones for years. I just felt like they missed the oppertunity to make a large statement with the iphone 5.
I actually traded my iphone 5 in for this phone as it was the same price and the specs was great. I have to say this is the best move I made in some time. This HTC phone is AWESOME!! The processing power is great and jellybean is smooth as butter like they say it is. And then you add beats audio and built-in 64gigs of storage and a Nvidia chipset. this phone is as good as you can get in a phone for me. Thanks to HTC for a great phone!
Pros: battery life, 64gig memory, beautiful screen, beats audio
Cons: no headphones

It is a perfect phone, compared to all others

Our family uses smart phones for several years already. My wife uses iPhone series, and I like the Android Smart phones. Recently, I upgraded my phone to HTC ONE X+ after compared many popular smart phones.
The HTC ONE X+ looks perfect compared to the iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. From my point of view, the display, Video, Game, Camera, Web are all better than other brands. I like the feeling of the phone.
I noticed that some people had concerns regarding to the battery life. For me, I charge the phone every 2~3 days. (I do not have too many phone calls, but I do use the phone to check email, web, camera, Wifi, etc.). If I turn off the phone during the night, it could last for 3~4 days. I think it is reasonable.
I believe the main chip (Tegra 3) is the best performance chip in the current market, The performance is great. It is much better than my previous name brand smart phone about 1.5 year ago.
The phone has 64GB flash memory. That is a great feature, I need the space to install different apps, take photos, and download different files.
The display is clear and bright, ...
So far, I think it is the best smart phone in the ATT plan.
I do not see any issue on this phone. But I have some dreams. The first dream is to have the cell phone that could last for one month without charge, that would be good to vacation.
The 2nd dream is that the wireless bill could be cut 80%.

You can't believe all the ratings - This phone is awesome

I read all the reviews on this handset before deciding on its purchase. It has been fantastic!
Fist of all let me tell you 2 things that almost sank the purchase that I have read here.
1) I had read that you could not turn off shutter sound on the camera , which was NOT true (There is an option in camera setup)
2) I had read that you also could not plug the one X+ into your computer and see the drive which was also NOT true. I moved my entire CD collection to the phone and used 45 Megs of the massive 64 meg that is on board.
Another item I found was when I tried to download FLASH it was not available for this phone. That upset me until I learned that FLASH is already ON the phone and to turn it on just go to the Internet Browser options to TURN IT ON!.
Get the Otterbox Deluxe case to protect the phone. It is a great case with a built in screen saver.

Cellphone is unusable with NO SIM CARD Errors
on March 29, 2013
Posted by: NonHTCFan
Phone does not function without several reboots required due to no sim card found errors.
I will not be buying an HTC product again.
If it worked without so many problems it would be a great phone. Unfortunately after 5 months it is almost unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
