If you have any Cuisinart product, you already know it is top of the line. It heats up fast, non-stick, the handle doesn’t get hot & the pour side of the pot prevents extra side spills. Just what I needed.

I wanted a durable non-stick sauce pan that would last for a long time. My previous sauce pan started to loose its non stick finish into our food, which is just unacceptable. I don't expect that to ever happen with Cuisinart! The pouring lip and the closed/venting/straining lid is a real nice benefit!

I couldn't believe how quickly it heated up on my flat top electric stove. It's a beautiful sauce pan! I'd like to add more pieces from this collection. Plus I think you can use metal utensils inside the sauce pan instead of always having to use something plastic. It's great if
