Lasted 2 years then paper on both speakers deteriorated

The white cone cracks and breaks off

These spekers sounded really good when I first got them but they did not last 3 years. I can send a picture if you want to see it.

I have four of these that came with my new Lagoon 450 in 2016... they pretty much all stopped working after 18 months... only one still works. the white membrane is shot on all of them... two of my four were built into the ceiling of the rear deck and had no direct sunlight or water...
Sony's condolences are a poor substitute for a better product...

Year 1 Great, Year 2 one speaker failed. At the beginning of year 3 all 4 have officially bit the dust. Disappointed.

Speakers don't last

I bought these speakers two years ago. This year when I unwrapped my boat the speakers crumbled. I expected more out of these speakers they sounded great when new but short life span.
