I couldn't be happier with this roasting pan. Just made a pork shoulder roast last night and cleanup was so easy. This is by far the best roaster I've ever used. I would highly recommend.

This roaster is high quality and roasts great with or without the rack. Cleanup of both is easy. Also works well on my induction cooktop for making gravy. Definitely a great purchase.

Finally was confident in my cooking ability to purchase the Cadillac of roasting pans. First use was the thanksgiving Turkey, in which I cooked the bottom of the bird for about 20 minutes then moved it to the oven. Everything came out at the perfect temperature, nothing burned in the pan. Removed the turkey then used what was left in the pan to make gravy with no issue whatsoever. 10/10 highly recommend.

excellent roasting pan, handles work, well balanced, doesn't have hot or burn spots on the bottom of the pan. It's a great investment, worth the money.

I make a standing rib roast twice a year, a turkey at least twice, and oven roasted chickens during winter. This pan is perfect for all of it. Cheaper than All-Clad but just as beautiful for presentation. Then you can turn around and use it for roasting the bones, adding the veggies and creating amazing stocks for pennies. Ok... dimes, but more delicious and cheaper than tasteless box broth. This can be a workhorse for you!
