I appreciate, and use(!), fine cookware, that's why I chose this Cuisinart tri-ply stainless steel roasting pan. Importantly, it fits in my traditional home oven. Roasts of all sizes, poultry too. And I can finish sauces, gravies, etc. on the stovetop. And, it's attractive enough that I can "serve" from it as well. NO non-stick for me! This is easy enough to clean.

This roaster is high quality and roasts great with or without the rack. Cleanup of both is easy. Also works well on my induction cooktop for making gravy. Definitely a great purchase.

Finally was confident in my cooking ability to purchase the Cadillac of roasting pans. First use was the thanksgiving Turkey, in which I cooked the bottom of the bird for about 20 minutes then moved it to the oven. Everything came out at the perfect temperature, nothing burned in the pan. Removed the turkey then used what was left in the pan to make gravy with no issue whatsoever. 10/10 highly recommend.
