My first roaster purchase and I'm so happy I went with this one. It's definitely a quality product and will last many years. I've only used it once so far to roast duck which turned out perfectly. Looking forward to many more meals with it.

This product is extremely durable and well built! My only critique would be that I wish the rack had a smaller grate pattern to allow for smaller pieces of meat to be roasted on it.

I appreciate, and use(!), fine cookware, that's why I chose this Cuisinart tri-ply stainless steel roasting pan. Importantly, it fits in my traditional home oven. Roasts of all sizes, poultry too. And I can finish sauces, gravies, etc. on the stovetop. And, it's attractive enough that I can "serve" from it as well. NO non-stick for me! This is easy enough to clean.
