The sturdiness was the first thing I noticed, and very much appreciated while I was moving the turkey in and out of the oven. The included rack was so great for removing the turkey to rest and then I used the pan on the stovetop to make gravy with the drippings. It worked so well! Love love love it!

This is an awesome pan/rack combo that will handle just about any size food. Roast, Turkey, Lamb, Chicken, etc, etc works great and surprisingly easy to clean.
