After being envious of
my mother’s & realizing I might not inherit it for many years to come, I finally broke down and bought my own Cuisinart roasting pan. Thanksgiving turkey was the inaugural use and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the result. A 14 # turkey fit easily on the rack and it allowed access to the juices for basting. Cleanup was a breeze compared to my old oval speckled black roasting pan and it’s many grooves!

The sturdiness was the first thing I noticed, and very much appreciated while I was moving the turkey in and out of the oven. The included rack was so great for removing the turkey to rest and then I used the pan on the stovetop to make gravy with the drippings. It worked so well! Love love love it!
