Excellent bargain, this stainless roasting pan costs more than no-stick coated pans, but it will definitely out last them by years. Easy to grasp handles, only problem some might have is that the handles add a few inches to the pans width. This pan comes with a nice cradle roasting rack, but not sure if it is carbon steel or non-stick, will have to wait and see. I have always trusted the brand to be an above average performer. So far it has been easy to use, easy to clean. Not too heavy so it can easily be lifted above a drippings sifter or separator. Most often I use it to roast a 16 to 22 lb turkey. Would recommend to a friend.

I make a standing rib roast twice a year, a turkey at least twice, and oven roasted chickens during winter. This pan is perfect for all of it. Cheaper than All-Clad but just as beautiful for presentation. Then you can turn around and use it for roasting the bones, adding the veggies and creating amazing stocks for pennies. Ok... dimes, but more delicious and cheaper than tasteless box broth. This can be a workhorse for you!

First time using this pan. Turkey drippings burned on to the botttom of the pan. The crusty part was easy to remove. Their is a white residue left from grease splatters and where the juice burned on. It looks like the "shine" on the aluminum is gone and the pan now loooks quite used. I tried cleaning with soda and that helped some but I spent a lot of time trying to clean it and it still has a long way to go.
