Battery life really stinks!!!!!

I like the design of the phone and the ruggedness of the phone but the battery life really stinks! I would only recomend it for a kindegardner student for there first phone!!!!
Pros: there is no pros for this phone
Cons: battery life really stinks!!!!

Not happy at all

I had one of the Rugby flip phones for about 3 years that was the best phone I ever had, that's what made me get the Rugby pro. The worst mistake I ever made!!! I am on my third phone and about to get another. It just shuts off for no good reason, It locks up and have to take the battery out to restart it. It hangs up on calls even with full service. Sometimes I have to touch the screen repeated times before the buttons decide to work. It is a rugged phone if they could get the operating system to work better and give it some more speed . It does take good pics and videos.
Pros: rugged phone, good pics
Cons: everything else
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as rugged as I had hoped

My husband has this phone and since he is pretty accident prone when it comes to phones, I had really high hopes that this phone would last. Unfortunately, there was a small crack in the screen within just a few weeks of him having the phone. Now, less than a year later, we are having to completely replace the phone because the whole screen has spider webbed. It still works but the screen just cracks too easily for my husband. He would have had just as much luck with a screen if he had kept an iPhone and used an Otterbox case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It will black out on you when your in the middle of a app you have to tap the screen mutiple times before the app will load it is the worst phone in the world

Bought new 2/1. Blue tooth quit 35 days later. Replaced by refurbished model, bluetooth quit after 25 days later. Replaced again, bluetooth quit 5 days. Tried multiple devices from different manufacturers including Samsung. Bluetooth not working. Last replacements sound was poor on regular and speakerphone. Would NOT recommend!

4.1.2 is a very old version of Android.

This phone runs 4.1.2 and it hasn't been upgraded. Expect many newer apps to not install on this phone. Seek a different phone if you want to run latest apps.
