Misleading Headlines!!!!

Its a cool looking and operating phone, no issues there.
PROBLEM is the title and description are very misleading. "military grade", shock proof, etc. This is NOT a job phone like it states. I work in a rough environment, the military. This phone needs a hard protective case for the abuse, not even abuse, just a simple drop. Trust me on this one, I dont have a inch of profit to earn from this. If you buy this, get a case.
Personally, get a better samsung phone!!!
Pros: cool operating, samsung galaxy, easy to use
Cons: not meant for abuse, misleading ads

Not Durable

Terribly disappointed with this phone. Dropped it once and...it broke!...most durable phone my foot! Couple that with Samsung's 'logic' (or lack thereof) and you have one small piece of garbage; will be the last Samsung product for me. My two-year old HTC Desire was far superior.

Tested whether it's waterproof

Decided to test whether it's waterproof and wiped it with the wet towel. Everything was tightly closed. Then I opened the phone and found a couple of wet areas inside it, one was just about 2 mm from the battery.
Now I am thinking of if it's really waterproof or not. What would happen if I used more water for testing? If the battery got wet, would the phone survive the experiment? I purchased it specially for the rugged use under the rain and water dust conditions, but now I doubt it is THAT waterproof.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bulky and slow for the times
on July 10, 2013

I'm now on my second replacement phone. As the phone would shut down for no reason and everything I download ended up on my husbands phone. I felt like and had to push many times to get the keyboard to even work. Battery life barely makes it though the day. With average use. I set up different tones for my contacts without it actually working. The phone is almost twice as thick at the Samsung galaxy and is tight to fit in your pocket. The display is hard to see and if you increase brightness then be prepare to have a charger, as the phone states the screen is what is using up the battery. I even put on my trend Micro Titanium security with no change. Disappointed.
Pros: easy use
Cons: bulky, slow, gliches

Not worth it

I've been using cell phones for work the last 16 years. This has to be the worst phone I've used based on available technology for a given time period. In order to get the battery to last a full work day, I stopped or deleted all the apps I could. Standby time with no usage was maybe 24 hours. Make a few calls and texts and I was lucky to get 12 hours without a charge. The last straw was when the back cover warped, exposing everything to the elements. I work for a contractor, and need a reliable phone. This is not it.

Not so rugged.

On the second day I accidently dropped phone while removing from pants pocket (under 3 ft. fall) and the screen cracked. My Tundra is more durable and easier to use, needed a rugged smart phone to process credit cards.

I got this phone thinking that it was all that they promessed, but it is not even close. It is a really slow procesor, and it lasted for about a month. All the hipe about water proof is just a that "hipe". It is not worrth it.
