The strap is too short for a crossbody bag and it’s not adjustable. I was also not impressed that the photo online has different types of buttons on the front then what I received. The photo’s buttons are so much nicer. What I received are very thick fabric covered type buttons. They are so thick that I can barely unbutton the flap to get to the hidden pocket. The buttons should really be magnetic snaps so it is easily accessible. The stores are currently closed due to COVID so once they reopen, the bag will be returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I didn't like the fabric, nor the health warning for cancer or the colour (more of a brown than picture). Maybe I'm too old for the quality of this bag. Meh.

Received my bag today, which I was really excited about… but sadly, it’s not as shown in the photo. It appears to be a greenish/grey colour in the photo and what I received was brown. The buttons are covered with fabric and not as shown. They’re hard to open and are purely aesthetic as there’s no front pocket.
The bag itself is stiff and isn’t a nice feeling fabric; the strap isn’t adjustable and it’s a weird height.
Overall, for the price, I am pretty disappointed with this bag and will be sending it back.
