Cross Body Strap is Short

I have this and wish I could say I love it but I don't. It's a beautiful bag but I haven't used it once because the cross body strap isn't long enough. It's not adjustable so you are stuck with the one size. Unfortunately I have a long torso and the purse sits high on me. I wish I could return it for something else but lost the receipt. If you're short it'll be perfect.

the buttons are real

I love this bag. BUT, the buttons on the flap need to be fake with a simple magnetic snap to hold the flap down. The zipper pocket under the flap is not accessible when buttoned. They look cute, so I don't want them to stay unbuttoned so I can reach the zipper pocket quickly.

Bag falling apart after less than 2 months.

Bag is very cute and roomy, but less than 2 months after receiving it the shoulder strap is coming completely unstitched. There is about a 4 inch hole in the seam and lots of fraying, unraveling threads. I can probably repair it, but it’s frustrating to have to do that with a brand new bag.

Own it in 5 colors!

I love this purse so much that I bought it in 5 colors! It holds a ton, I love all the pockets to keep everything organized, the fabric is super sturdy, and I own it in beautiful bold colors. They used to make it in bold red, blue, green, etc. The colors are boring now, and they stopped using the cute stamped metal buttons that really made the bag stand out. Those are my only complaints. I wish they would make it in bright colors again!
I LOVE this bag! The first one I purchased over 8 years ago and it held up the entire time. I definitely had to buy a second one when I needed a refresher. I use it as an every day purse. It's GREAT for travel because you can fit SO MUCH stuff in to it. Light weight for sightseeing/walking. Hidden pockets all over. Sturdy. I 100% recommend this purse/bag.
This is a great bag, well made with enough room inside for a lot of different items. My one wish is that the strap were shorter, or adjustable. It would be helpful to see a photo of a model wearing the bag to better understand the proportions. I am 5'8 and I found the bag a bit large and the strap a bit too long. Otherwise, very nice product!

I enjoyed my first OGIO (army green Brooklyn- 7-10 years old - still using it - only the metal logo has broken off) - but I’m incredibly happy with the updates in my new one (windowpane black & white)!
This purse is perfect for traveling and for everyday use. It keeps my stuff organized with enough but not too many pockets and dividers - and keeps my Kindle safe. I like the new lining print (much better than the polka dots in my older model). It is SO comfortable to wear cross-body or just on my shoulder!
The one thing I would change would be to make the front flap more easily accessible. I like the slanted flap and the updated buttons - but can’t the buttons be fake and use a big snap or Velcro to actually close the flap? That small change would make that front zipper pocket so much more useful.
I can’t tell you how many times total strangers have noticed/admired my purse. haven’t found a better purse for my life than the OGIO Brooklyn!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third Brooklyn purse by Ogio. I have this in black/white panes, red, and grey felt. It’s ergonomic, when worn crossbody, It does not give me shoulder pain or malign my posture. The weight largely rests on my hip. (I am 5’9” tall, 170 lbs with a long torso.) I can fit my iPad, kindle, phone, wallet, a few cosmetics and other items. It’s perfect for traveling. Not too big and not too small. I’ve hiked in Yellowstone with it. Strolled Charleston with it. Wandered through Croatia and elsewhere with it. I’ve even thrown the fabric version (not felt) in with my laundry. Perfect results!
