After the Multitasking feature was introduced via OTA update, this is a great phone to do two things at one. Nice performance. Also games run very smooth.
Pros: Durable
Cons: price, brightness adjustment

The Galaxy Note II is the best smart phone I have ever used.
Its large screen is the most obvious implementation of the idea of choice. What I mean by this is that the large screen provides users with so many options. Be it browsing the web in both landscape or portrait mode or using the multi window or simply not needing to hold the phone so close to your face, the Note II is the embodiment of user choice.
I cannot be more happy than I am with this phone and I highly recommend it.

Powerful Android phone

I've been using this phone for the last 3 months. It's been working well for me. Although it's big, you'll get used to it fairly quick. Now I look at iphone, it's so small. This phone has beautiful screen, useful features. I like to use it for variety purposes--surfing the Internet, watching videos, etc. I also registered my phone and received a beautiful flip flop cover for free from Samsung. Excellent!!! Thank you Samsung!

It is big! It is pretty! It is fast!

I have been an iOS user for the last several years and my husband has been an android guy. So, about six weeks ago I got the Note II - well because it is big, pretty, and fast! All of which are still true six weeks later. The bottleneck lies in me learning the navigation around the phone. I have enjoyed the phone with only a few minor exceptions. There are some apps that I was very attached to on the other platform that are not available for this platform. Also, I wish the calendar app did not always show 31. And, if you truly want mail delivered real time with gmail you must use that app. Other than that, I have enjoyed the phone and the incredible speed and multi-tasking! The alarms are great. S-pen is awesome. Brilliant device!

This is the best device i have ever used .From the last 4 months i have been using this device ,i never faced any issue with the device .the battery life is awesome .in one word its perfect .i already recommended this device to 4 friends of mine .they are enjoying the device .thanks to samsung .we are expecting the same perfection in the next big thing :)

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Is the best smart phone I have used yet and I have been using smart phonese since the beginning of Palm and Windows mobile OS. I can't wait for the next revision of this phone. The build quality and usefullness of the applications is amazing. I am a very happy customer.

Cons: phone case quality poor dents scratches easy
