I usually buy disk. but went through website.my returns have been acceppted but I cannot find it on my computer.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this product for over 20 years and I won't use anything else. If you're unsure of what to claim or how to claim it, don't worry! The interviews take you step by step on what to do, even if you're unsure. Just read and follow simple instructions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

State Efile Fee

I like the software, I resent the additional efile fee for the state. I paid it once, when my federal rejected and I was charged a second fee for the state efile. The program holds the state until the federal is accepted so the state was not efiled the first time. Block you do not need to nickel and dime your customers, lamo

The program was responding very slow

The 2033 program is responding very slow on all commands. I have never had this problem before. I have a MAC

Audit??

I used Form 1116 when I should have used Form 1040 Sch 3.
Ended up submitting an incorrect Foreign tax credit.
Audit did not catch that the FTC and the foreign income were identical. Normally
would not expect that!!

Check status problems

I keep trying to check the status of my return and despite my internet connection being fine and secured I get a message that says it can't be done... This is worrisome
