I have used this product for years and this is the first time that I had to wait on them to get a finalized form to file my return. The program should be final when they sold it to me. No mention that I will have to wait 3 weeks. Otherwise I would of given it a 5. We will see about next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Poorly written software

Used this software for several years and it continues to get worse. We will switch to Turbo Tax next year. Lacks continuity, confusing directions, reports are primitive etc.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
