Awful. Very misleading and confusing. Terrible.

This should have been simple the way it was with Turbo Tax. I wasted my entire day getting stuck trying to understand what exactly the questions meant and if they pertained to me or not. Stay away from this software!! You practically need to be an accountant to understand it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just follow the instructions. Any items on your w2 or 1099 that you don't understand, just google it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Need to amend 2017 and can’t do it online! Need extra forms cannot do on line. This the worst

Never added my 2019 taxes to the MyBlock account

This service didn't add the 2019 taxes to MyBlock account so now I can't access them and no one on the phone knows what to do :)

Great,except had a little trouble with RMD.....wanted to show penalty because I stopped RMD under 2020 cv19 rule
