Easy-peasy... except for downloading.

Worked great...easy to follow...I've used it for years and will continue.
Only problem was downloading it, which for some reason was very difficult and time-consuming.

Decent tax software.

I use this software every year. This year's product was ok, but if I remember right it was better in past years. I didn't see the 'what is this' for different sections.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Cannot access previously filed tax return

In 2019 I successfully used the 2018 Deluxe Tax Edition software, including filing. Now upon trying to access the return I am unable to do so. Unexplainable that I also have no files saved on local computer.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used it for years. Not you fault but waited 8 weeks for refund and can't find a real person to talk to at IRS.
