It makes it easier to find needed info for current year. Calling help line when I needed info was great...making it less hectic.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor setup

This is the worse software I have ever used. You have to keep going through the whole program to get to the end even when you make a single adjustment. Last year was much better.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs Improvement ..

I bought the SW again this year...but maybe never again.
Last year....a 1099NEC was double counted on the return I was doing.
This year .... I found no way to enter a 1099C.
The quality control gets worse every year.

The result indicated that I was owed $1,214.00 on my state income and only $16.00 was returned to me.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
