This was a gift and the first time I used it I was impressed! The pan is truly non-stick and heats so evenly that the lasagna set up perfectly from edge to center!

I wanted a pan larger than a 9 x 13 for lasagna and large enough to hold a rack so that I could roast a chicken, but not as large as a turkey roaster. So far, I've only made eggplant parmigiana, and that worked out well. The size is perfect for my needs. Easy to clean. Feels like it will last for years. Happy that I bought it! Looking forward to using it for lasagna over the holidays.
