We were very excited to receive this new model in "White Ice." Unfortunately, the water dispenser is very weak and the warranty department wants to charge us if they are unable to find as issue with the dispenser. We have plenty of pressure, but it literally takes 10+ seconds to fill an 8 oz glass. The Whirlpool in our rental house that is 8+ years old has 3-4X the water pressure! The fridge side feels tighter than our old one even though the size is about the same. It is also very loud and seems to have much longer run cycles than any fridge we have owned. We also are having issues with products freezing on the top two shelves. If we turn the temp down to keep items from freezing, the rest of the fridge does not seem quite cold enough. The dispenser panel is nice, clean, and modern.Overall, I would have thought by now Whirlpool could get it right. It is not a good time to go backward with engineering and design with foreign manufacturers working hard to overtake U.S. makers. Unfortunately, we are also disappointed with our dishwasher and range from the same suite of products.

Love the lock feature (keeps the little one from playing with it). Could have used more shelves/space in the freezer. Lots of shelves in the refrigerator!

I really want the French door in white ice but this side-by-side is a lot cheaper and it still looks great in the white ice finish. I was worried I'd miss the width of a regular refrigerator but there is plenty of space in the fridge for me. Love the ice maker and water dispenser too

The water, Ice, Temp, Sound, Color of lights, fridge & freezer drawers etc are FABULOUS!!!! The BLACK ICE Collection rules!!!Overall I love my fridge. I just do not like the shelving placement offering. I want my TOP Shelf for Milk, juice gallons etc. but this fridge does not offer that choice of placement.

From the ease of changing the filter to the convenience of the icemaker and water this refrigerator continues to exceed our expiations. The indoor ice maker has opened up valuable freezer space. Over all we could not be more satisfied with our purchase!
