More than pleased.

Love the side by side for my use. The indoor water and ice are fabulous. I'm loving the buttons to select crushed or cubed ice. The light on the door has been a wonderful innovation for traipsing into the kitchen at night. And the soft sounds it makes during processes (like my leaving the door open) has been a great help for Ms. GetSideTracked. The door seal is marvelous and I love the large handles. It's is so easy to clean and keep clean - inside and out with the exterior "glass" and the interior glass shelves. I love being able to look up and see what's in the fridge and on the shelves from the cold bin on the bottom! The sleak black is perfect with my red kitchen! And the door icemaker is just perfect to grab for large parties to avoid 'frostbite'.

Terrible Noise Levels

Just had for 6 months and I'm very unhappy with it. I need to call service and have the doors fix along with the noise level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted a large, reasonably-priced unit, with a good ice/water dispenser and an easy-to-remove ice bucket. I like it well enough to have purchased another recently for a second location.

Good features but a little noisy

I really like this unit. It is attractive, easy to use and clean. I like how easy it is to change the filter which, by-the-way do last a long time. The ice maker is a little noisy. My kitchen is next to the great room while my family watches television and we often hear the ice maker on the unit. But all in all; my overall rating is Good.

I purchased the "White Ice Collection". I am happy with this product. It cleans up easily and the outside appearance does not show smuges or fingerprints as does stainless steele. I would recommend this product to anyone.
