I really like how I was led step by step through my return. It was very easy to navigate and its also great not to have all the paper clutter like I used to have. It is very convenient to have all of my pertinent information automatically input from last year.
What's great about it: It's fast and straightforward.

Never going to use anything else!

I've used Turbotax every year I've had to pay taxes. I've never had any issues with them. They make things simplistic and easy to understand with links and explanations that a child could follow. Taxes always scared me, but with Turbotax, I know I don't have to be.
What's great about it: Fast, cheap, easy, accurate.

The question and answer interface is very easy to use for someone that doen't have much income tax knowledge.

Great program, so easy to use.

I've used TurboTax for more than a decade now and it is a great program that they just keep making better. Taxes are a big pain and I hate doing them, but TurboTax make it the most enjoyable experience possible. I'll never using anything different.
What's great about it: Very easy and self explanatory with many helps
What's not so great: Taxes, taxes, taxes
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Can't remember life before TurboTax

I would like to have more instructions or tutorials, and a side view of the entries in the actual form. I still thought it was fairly difficult and time consuming. I didn't realize I could see the tax form in a small window at the bottom until I was almost finished with the my taxes.
What's great about it: Less money than having taxes prepared by service.
What's not so great: Not having a short tutorial
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
