Easy, electronic filing

I have used TurboTax for many years. It uses the information from previous years and compares the new taxes to the previous year.
What's great about it: Shows everything in real time
What's not so great: Asked to update the software while I was submiitting to IRS

Overall, Turbo Tax does a good job. it would be nice to see when a section is done like 1 of 10 (income or personal), that it goes to where you just clicked instead of back to the top of the list.
What's great about it: Don't need to pay a CPA to do taxes
What's not so great: Still has some areas that are a little tricky

Turbo Tax is an excellent tool. Easy to use. E-file works beautifully.
What's great about it: Most prompts are easy to follow.

Turbo Tax is user friendly. It walks you through each category. You are able to research and look at detail if you have any questions. Very up to date.

Getting paid!

Have been using Turbo Tax since '03. It is way easier to do a fill in the blanks type of form, than the old manual pencil and paper form with tax booklet. The old way you had to research all the new tax changes and exemptions, with Turbo Tax it shows you what you can receive. Bottom line; you don't have to be a CPA to confidently file a return.
What's great about it: Double checks my return

I liked this program very much I just think that more than one State return should be free for e-file.
What's great about it: I liked the "GPS" direction it gave me and how it didn't time out like a lot of programs do
What's not so great: That I had to pay for my State refund
