Super Easy to use!

Turbo tax is great. I do not like going to a tax office, this is really easy and allows you to do it on your own pace. Thanks!
What's great about it: Walks you through everything you need to do, ask all the questions, can talk to turbo tax rep if need help! Love that!
What's not so great: One of my deductions was less then last year, the explaination of why did not help and I was confused on why it was less
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Hold my hand!

I love TurboTax's setup in that it leads you through your tax return entries one-by-one in layman's terms.
One thing that can be improved, though, was that if I went to edit or update an entry, I would then have to answer a series of questions that I had answered previously, e.g., whether I had made political contributions or had my livestock eaten by wolves. Those questions weren't related to the correction I made and having to re-answer them made making any corrections turned into a pretty lengthy process!
Otherwise I'm a big fan of the program.
What's great about it: Step-by-step process
What's not so great: If editing/updating a section, having to redo all following questions was a bummer

easiest tax filing ever

I have beenusing Turbo Tax for years and this year the improvements made it easier than ever to use and a lot less stressful.
What's great about it: easy to fill out and walked me through each step
What's not so great: a little confusing when it comes to work expences and job search expences

Easy to use, provided explanations, but I had quite a few "mundane" questions I would've liked answers too as well...
What's great about it: Straightforward, complete

I've been using Turbo Tax for a few years now and have been happy with doing the taxes my self. An example of my "con" was that I had a tough time understanding the HSA deductions and the 1099-SA. They are fairly new to me and hope they will be more clear next year.
What's great about it: The steps are fairly easy to follow.
What's not so great: Some of the deductions took more study.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 6 years and I trust it, it is easy, and I feel that it asks every question necessary to make sure I am comfortable filing my taxes myself
