Pretty Simple

My biggest concern is that the state returns are accurate

5 year and gettinng better

Thanks for the improvement of this software. In the 5 years that I have been using it, the tax program has gotten better !!! It has made the drop down menus easier to understand and read. The quickness of each check is great/ it used to take more time than it did this year. Great Work!!

Quick and easy, except it kept asking to complete State return when it knew Florida has no state taxes. It also required to leave blank instead of entering $0 at the last step before e-filing, but not at error check. oh well...

Rocky start, quality finish

This year there was some hiccup in the original installation, and when I finished entering my information, it said that the forms I needed were not ready yet. This was despite repeatedly updating the software. Also, the website indicated that all of the forms were available. I went to "repair" the installation and got "error 1334". I had to go back and completely reinstall it in another location. After doing that, it picked up my tax files and I was able to complete my filing with no further difficulties. That said, the actual process of entering the information was straightforward and it looked like they had covered all of the bases. I still have a high degree of confidence in the service.

What's not so great: It may have prompted me for deductions it should have known I can't take?

Pretty smooth going!

My wife & I did our joint return in an afternoon. I was able to watch a little TV & she was able to do a little sewing in between our alternating shifts.
What's great about it: EZ to read & follow.
What's not so great: Got hung up on one item at the end but just kept plugging.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

turbo Tax Love

I love TurboTax. I have used this product for several years and will continue to do so. I can start and stop working on my taxes when it is convienent for me. If I think I forgot something, I can go back to it and check. It shows me where I stand in terms of refund or payment throughout the process. What is there not to love( well, except the owe amount).
