WOW...you guys did it again.

It went pretty smooth for someone who doesn't savvy this stuff too well. I had more deductions, but I looked ahead and there weren't enough to make a difference so I just skipped them.
What's great about it: Just follow the directions
What's not so great: I'm not up on tax terms...my fault, not yours.

Sweet Refund!

Overall, system is very simple to use.
Some forms were not offered like aerospace for employees, had to download them from local area tax commission or IRS website.
Still was unsure about that part of my taxes. I do not think he gets the offer. According to the questions offered in TurboTax for that offer it does not completely ask the correct questions. My husband does work for aerospace and is an engineer but was hired earlier than the date offered. TurboTax does not ask about the year and that part throws me off. I thought we were getting the deduction but in fact we are not, because I printed the forms and did the calculations myself. I hope in the future this will be cleared up for others who might have the same issues. I might have to go to a tax expert for this one issue because it is not fully added yet. But this offer has been going on since 2009 for Oklahoma credit, why is it taking this long to get it correctly added to TurboTax?

Time saver, thorough and easy to use

I've been a user for several yearsa nd plan to continue (until the governement decides to stop taxing us - Ha!)
What's great about it: prompts you through the return; let's you revisit your entries; eliminates the calculations
What's not so great: wish more investment companies would allow download of 1099s; provide more chat support at tax time.

I enjoy the quick, easy to use format of Turbo Tax. Every year I am more amazed at how easy it is to look into every area there is to my taxes. I find it easier than having the tax person prepare my taxes.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, efficient.
What's not so great: State e-filing is expensive.

I have been using TurboTax Deluxe for past 9 yrs. and I just love using it. It has all the forms and great guidance to walk you thru in all situations. You can become your own CPA one day.....
What's great about it: Best Tax prep software out there!!!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier than pie!

I really do not have any complaints. I have been using Turbo tax for years and plan to continue. I love the refund tally at the top, the copy forward of last years information, popup explanations, ease of navigation, walkthrough of each type of income and deduction...auto update feature of tax changes,etc..... :-)
