Easy as Pie

Very easy follow and walks you right through the process. Doesn't take very long to do your taxes either - which is nice because I don't have a lot of extra time to really do my taxes.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: reciprocal states policies
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for at least the last 4-5 years and love it dearly. I have considered other tax programs but since I know how Turbo works and it works so well I prefer to stay with something I can trust. The cost is a little prohibitive considering it can only be used once a year and then a new one needs to be bought but I feel it's still been worth it for my own piece of mine.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast, concise, explanations clear
What's not so great: need more than one state even if it's the same state included, cost for one yr expensive

I have used Turbo Tax for many years,and I believe it is the best tax preparation software available.
What's great about it: Step by step and form inclusion.
What's not so great: Even though review was errorless,I still had to correct a few entries.

2012 Taxes Completed!

I have been using TurboTax for many years and I appreciate the ease in completing my tax return since the main screen do not change much.
The step-by-step makes everything so easy and it is easy to go back and make corrections.
Being able to click on a field and go to the source of the data is so helpful - I wouldn't be able to do my taxes without it! Especially when I have an error.
Thanks again for a great product!

overall made my tax return very easy including the transmission - this is the first time I am not using a tax preparer.
It might be a good idea to have a reminder before anyone starts their returns to determine their medical and other expenses beforehand. This can be a time consuming process.

What's great about it: very user friendly - easy to understand-like the step by step process
What's not so great: couldn't see how I could save my return and come back to it later
