I have used TurboTax for several years now, I wouldn't think of anything else. It is so easy. If you have your information ready, you can complete in no time at all. My only slow up was getting ink for my printer.

perhaps it will allow for 2 states for free
What's great about it: the ease of filing out form
What's not so great: it only allows for one state free when I worked in two
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I like how it imports the information from the previously year. I like the interface does not drastically change from prior year.

I love this software. I have never had a problem with the IRS, always feel that my paperwork is right, it's simple, easy and fast. I love knowing exactly what's going on as well.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, remembers me, simple
