I feel safer by representing myself, knowing that someone else is not bumping up my values just to make me more money. If I am honest and Turbo Tax is honest, I have no worries.
What's great about it: Quick, fairly easy to understand, Proven, Imports filing data from previous years
What's not so great: Never had much success with their off line resources.

A very good product and easy to use. All my questions were answered using the links within each sections and it reminded me of things I would have forgot to include.

I filled an injured spouse claim, would have liked more info on how to split up exemptions, i was really confused, hopefully dept of ed doesnt get all of my refund
What's great about it: took all the dread out of filing taxes
What's not so great: computer for some reason shut down, turbo tax recovered most of the info, would be nice to have a save button
