2013 disappointed

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It has made tax prep extremely easy for me year after year. The change this year with the Turbo tax Deluxe requiring a computer with 64 bit processing speed really threw me off this year. I could not install on my home desktop and after much searching had to borrow a laptop with the required speed in order to install. This made the process more time consuming because the borrowed computer could not transfer info from my 2011 returns which were on my desktop. A bit disappointed this year. I will continue to use Turbo Tax, however, I will be better about reading the fine print next year.
What's great about it: Same easy to follow guided format is nearly foolproof
What's not so great: 2013 change to 64 bit processing speed

Difficult task made easier

The software was very easy to install and once loaded, I was simply guided through the required information needed to start my tax filing. I had never filed using a Form 1099-B before and Turbo Tax quickly answered my specific questions about the form.
Between the software help pages and the online help on the website, all of my questions were answered.

What's not so great: wish the state filing fee was less costly

Solid product

Once again Intuit continues to streamline and deliver a rock solid tax preparation program. I have been using TurboTax for over a decade and it get's better and easier to use each year, even as my financial situation gets more complex. Another good job for the 2012 tax year!
What's great about it: Intuitive
What's not so great: Still a bit awkward to maneuver backwards to re-check or make a change.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Saved my Tax Life

This software is the best I've used. It simplifies incredibly complex IRS directions and processes. Furthermore, I appreciate the fact that it imports information from prior tax years. In short, I feel I receive from TurboTax great value for my money. Kudos to the TurboTax design team.

I have no reason to switch

I've been using TurboTax for 15 years and it has always been good enough that I've never even felt the need to look at alternatives. It does the job so easily and quickly that I'm always very satisfied. My return isn't very complicated, I'm a 1040 filer, but on the simple side of that.
One thing I'd like to see is a running tally of my itemized deductions against the standard deduction. That way I would know if I'm getting close to the point where it pays to itemize and should still look for more deductions. If I knew I was still thousands away from the break-even point, it isn't worth digging around looking for one more receipt.
What's great about it: Very quick, simple to use, leads me step-by-step through everything
What's not so great: Very few. Could be better at showing deduction comparison.

3-t's (turbo tax time)

I like the ease of using turbo tax. it is really convienent how if you use the software one time it will transfer all of you information in the future. Turbo tax can be used by a first timer
doing his or her taxes or someone who does income tax for a living. It also checks and double checks for any errors that you might have made during the process. It also lets you know about any red flags that may be going on.

Easy as Pie!

I find the product easy to use and I have used Turbo Tax for many years just because it makes the process so simple. My only issue was that I did have several questions arise which I located on the Turbo Tax Community board, but they were never answered.
What's great about it: Calculations of the best deductions for each individual.
What's not so great: Questions on Turbo Tax Community were not answered in a timely fashion.
Pros: I had a baby
