Good job

Overall, very good. A bit of it was tedious, such as separating prescriptions and doctor visits, which meant I had to go back and add everything up again, but easier than filling out a 1040
What's great about it: detailed instructions
What's not so great: More breakdowns of donations than might be necessary
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use! Quick and simple.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have also tried some of the other programs. Turbo tax is the easiest, most user friendly and quick program that I have tried so far.
What's great about it: I like that it was easy to use and was user friendly
What's not so great: Had to wait to get updates on different forms but that was not due to the program it was the IRS
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick, Accurate, and Easy! Don't be a Chicken..

Excellent product. Used it for the last several years with much success. I check it with a CPA and it always checks out! Thank you for making such a user friendly product! Don't be a chicken... try it :)
What's great about it: Ease of going through the process.... Painless and no tears!
What's not so great: Help lead me to some conflicting answers.

I LIKE THE WAY IT RETREIVES PRIOR YEARS INFO: LIKE LOSS CARRY FORWARDS. ALSO BASIC INFO:NAME ADDRESS,ETC.
What's great about it: HAVE USED FOR YEARS, DATA SAVED
What's not so great: SEEMED A LITTLE LESS USER FREINDLY

I've used TurboTax Deluxe for a number of years now. Each year I find the product to be better than the last with new features added to make it even easier to complete my tax returns.

Taxes made easy!

Had Taxes done and e-filed in 2 hours, program easy to follow. Only problem was undertanding the State retirement income.
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: State retirement Income needs explaning better
