TurboTax User for more than 10 years!!!

I've used TurboTax for more than 10 years. Every year I would ask my sister and daughter to just try doing their taxes on my copy of TurboTax. I finally convinced them last year and this year they were rushing me to get TurboTax loaded on my computer. I've also been doing my grandson's taxes for the past 3 years.
What's great about it: SOOOOO Easy!
What's not so great: Can't think of any...

GOOD VALUE. BUT, STILL NOT EASY USER VALUE. CONTRIBUTION SCREENS NOT FLEX ENOUGH. SHOULD SHOW LAST YEAR OR COMP. SAME FOR OTHER SCREENS FOR BOTH INCOME AND DED'S.
BUT, EASIER THAN ALL OTHERS.

Easy step by step except for Foreign BanKinterest

Overall it is very easy to use, as listed in cons, I would like TurboTax to improve the integration of Foreign Bank Interest in 1099 INT Section as many foreign banks do not issue INT1099 forms.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance
What's not so great: Very difficult to figure out the reporting of Foreign Bank Interest

Ease of Tax Stress!!

Very complete program to make sure everything gets covered! The steps and reviews helped to make sure nothing gets missed. I have been using Turbo Tax since 1997 and it has never failed me! Well worth the investment if doing your taxes yourself. The online help is great also if needed!
What's great about it: Expediated the process with the easy step by step process!
What's not so great: Had trouble printing forms as it kept sending me to Adobe Pro!!

The step by step process works well. But when I had questions about a subject the information (health care) I didn't find an answer to the question

This product is very easy to use and understand. When I had questions they were clearly answered by Turbotax. It was easy to work through and submit.

Easy and Effective

As a young couple who knows very little about accounting, TurboTax helps me to do our taxes fast and accurately. I never worry that I've made a mistake - because it catches it if I do. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future. Thank you!
