Time saving Experience.

Its been easy to do takes with Turbo tax.

Cons:
Please First ask detailed questions on service providers. Then calculate the total, and ask amt, in either % or value
for one child and figure out the amount for other child. If more than two kids, then figure a table format for data.

good tax program but software issues

I have used TurboTax for the last four years and am generally satisfied with the the tax preparation.
This year, however, the software was initially hard to load - wasting a couple of hours of my time.
Updates to software slowed down the filing of my return. I had to be persistent and restart my computer and wait, wait, wait.
What's great about it: clear, logical way to file taxes
What's not so great: software issues took up too much time

Filing long forms made easy. Turbo Tax walks you straight through all the forms that you need to file! No need to pay someone else to do what you can do in comparatively short amount of time.
What's great about it: Easy guided input for all data
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Helpful prompting, accurate calculations, user friendly
What's not so great: Not much of anything on the downside to report.

Been using the product for a decade, it works well and is usually easy to find anything you are looking for by search.
What's great about it: Easy to use, love the its deductible feature
What's not so great: Hard to find information on Home office.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This product is one of the most helpful and useful tools for doing taxes. It is very complete and detailed and very easy to navigate.
What's great about it: Completed within an hour. Very easy walk through steps. Easy to submit return.
What's not so great: No cons, the program is excellent and efficient.
