I have used Turbo tax for years and it is always easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use and fast
What's not so great: Had an issue with multiple states

I screwed up omitting a crucial number. It did not make sense to me so I on-line chatted with a TurbTax expert and they solved the problem. It got me more money! Can't beat that.
What's great about it: very easy to use.
What's not so great: none

Overall this is the best ever tax software I have ever used. Walking me through the return step by step makes me more confident than ever that I am not missing anything The explanations are overall very helpful and understandable.
What's great about it: Allows choice of which states to efile and which to file on paper when more than one state return is required.
What's not so great: Explanations of Cafe 125 Deductions is a little vague
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Problems with Adding Forms to Tax Return

The IRS requires that Form 8606 be attached to the federal return, though it is for information purposes only. The form is required to be transmitted along with the usual tax data.
I opened the form from the TurboTax "form files" and then was able to provide the information requested. However, the Turbo Tax program would NOT allow me to add this form to my tax return for either filing or printing. The viewed Forms sections allowed the form to be deleted but not added. This needs fixing for next year!!!

It went so quick that I wasn't sure if I made a mistake or read
something wrong. Was able to see most during the revue of what I was worried about.

Fabulous and easy to use!

I have friends who have used other products for their taxes but have always come back to Turbo Tax, I like the way it walks you through scenario and gives you the opportunity to make a decision based on your needs or circumstances and not just a cookie cutter situation! I have been using the Turbo tax system for over 8 years! I will continue to use it next year and the year after that! Thank you for a wonderful product and dependable answers from your staff of professionals!
What's great about it: Easy to use, and love the import feature! This is our 8 year running TurboTax!
What's not so great: HMMMMM - you have to file your taxes! LOL
