Missing noncustodial parent instructions

I like using turbo tax, and have used it for probably 25 years. Generally, it has been very helpful. One problem I've had is listed here:
My ex-wife refuses to complete the form that allows me to take the dependent credit for one of my children, even though there is a court order says that the deduction is mine. So every year I must include a copy of the court order with my return. Turbotax oscillates year to year from requiring certain forms to be filled out (and/or reminding to send in the court order if not) to not even mentioning that this is an issue. Turbo tax should at least ask about this situation to help those who have not done it before.
What's great about it: Well-organized, quick and easy
What's not so great: missing non-custodial parent instructions.

Easy to use

i like usiing turbo tax because it allows me to go step by step. I have been using it for years and I can see what I have done the prior year and what needs to be done. I can also get an explanation that I can understand on most questions I have.

Wonderful Product

I like Turbo Tax because it walks you through all the forms and has information about each section. Also like the fact that if you still have questions there are links to the IRS for the answers.
What's great about it: Made filing my taxes much simpler

Not realizing that a dependent does not qualify for a student loan deduction, I input student loan information on my dependents Tax form. The error check came up clean, yet the deduction was calculated in her tax return., The personal portion indicated that she was a dependent. This was a huge error on Turbo Tax part.

As I stated, I have used TurboTax since the mid 80's, or whenever it first came out....as I always have trusted their integrity and efficiency to get a return and get me back as much as possible. Thanks Intuit!!!
