I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. It's easy and when I had questions, I found their chat support easy to use.
What's great about it: Simple with support if needed
What's not so great: This review process is obnoxious.

We tried another tax program, came back to turbo tax, other program would not allow us to enter the information to do our taxs right, This year turbo tax was very easy for downloads and asked the right questions.
What's great about it: very easy downloads.

Just finished my taxes and turbo tax yet again made it easier than ever. Made sure I was able to get every penny possible back. I highly recommend turbo tax.
What's great about it: Easy, Quick and straight forward.
What's not so great: none that I can think of.

Pls add Live Chat option even if its a paid option, it should be on a Software menu it self, I hate going web.. It should be with in App..
What's great about it: Easy & worry Free, File your taxes while watching TV.. Its THE best way to file taxes.
What's not so great: I need some more time to find Cons.. :)

Preparation goes pretty well. There always seems to be a few points, like education, that cause me to go back and forth a couple of times.
What's great about it: As good as the past!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never felt like I wasn't getting the best tax service! I love e-filing from home!
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions.
What's not so great: Soemtimes hard to go back to a specific topic. e.g. Just to charitable donations instead of having to restart deduction
